The Dell Technologies Management Challenge is a fun and competitive multi-day event that provides a multitude of business benefits. It aims to help to develop team skills, push boundaries and allows individuals to learn more about themselves, all while being immersed in the great outdoors.
The 2025 event will take place between on a date TBC and teams can expect to take part in the following:
- A 2 day Adventure Race (canoeing, mountain biking, running, hiking, map reading,archery and more)
- Management development, through team participation in the adventure race and supporting challenges, puzzles, forums and a keynote speaker session.
- Senior level networking, with representatives from Dell Technologies and other participating teams and partners.
- Charity fundraising (for 2024 the chosen charity was the MND Association).
Based out of Racquety Farm, Hay-on-Wye, set under the shadow of the Black Mountains in the Brecon Beacons National Park, there’s no shortage of stunning landscapes to help inspire and captivate imaginations.
And with luxurious glamping options on-site, you won’t need to miss a second of the action (or the post-race celebration) – but don’t worry if camping isn’t your thing, you can also find lots of accommodation options nearby, including cosy B&Bs and chic boutique hotels.
